Make every board count.
Enter the finished pieces for one material profile. Compare stock lengths by the complete purchase, with your blade kerf and end trimming included.
What the comparison means
Each candidate uses one stock size. The planner tries two descending-length packing methods, then compares their calculated purchase costs. It does not combine different stock sizes, certify a global optimum, inspect defects, or design joints. A finished piece longer than usable stock is flagged instead of split.
End trimming is reserved at both ends of each purchased board. Separate extra shopping quantities, tax, delivery and material grades when comparing suppliers.
